Job summary

Cornerstone Research is seeking a Senior Learning and Development Coordinator to support coordination of learning programs and onboarding for multiple offices. You will manage session logistics, communications, and attendance tracking while providing admin support for LMS, performance systems, and 360 assessments.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a collaborative, proactive mindset in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in learning and development coordination or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with LMS and performance management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for learning programs and onboarding sessions.
• Maintain rosters, enrollment, attendance, and completion data across programs.
• Administer LMS, performance management, and 360 systems; generate reports.
• Assist with budgeting, vendor invoices, and event planning tasks.
• Prepare communications and update SharePoint/Learning platforms.
