Job summary

Cornerstone Research Senior Learning & Development Coordinator coordinates learning programs and events, manages onboarding cohorts, tracks attendance, and supports Talent systems (LMS, Performance Management, 360 Assessments) and SharePoint sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with learning management systems or performance management systems is desired.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills with the ability to multitask under deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, process‑driven mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute logistics of learning programs and events, including onboarding and cohort programs.
• Schedule sessions and coordinate with participants and faculty.
• Prepare event schedules and agendas and draft communications.
• Collect attendance and feedback details; manage breakout rooms and room logistics.
• Upload content to the LMS and support on‑site event logistics.
• Respond to inquiries via Learning & Development channels and route as needed.
• Maintain rosters, track enrollment and completion rates; ensure data integrity.
