Job summary

Cornerstone Research in Boston is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Coordinator to coordinate logistics for onboarding and cohort programs, schedule sessions, and manage communications. You will administer the LMS, performance systems, and 360 assessments, maintain SharePoint sites, and generate reports to support talent initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with a learning management system or performance management system is desired.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for learning programs and onboarding across cohorts.
• Schedule sessions and coordinate with participants and faculty.
• Prepare event schedules and agendas; draft communications.
• Track attendance, collect feedback, and host sessions when needed.
• Administer LMS, performance systems, and data reporting.
• Manage vendor invoices and learning program expenses.
• Distribute program information to participants and teams.
• Design data sets to evaluate training effectiveness.
