Job summary

Cornerstone Research, a leading economics and financial analysis firm, is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Coordinator to support logistics for learning programs, onboarding, and LMS administration. You will coordinate schedules, track attendance, manage SharePoint sites, and generate reports to inform Talent initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with a learning management system or performance management system is desired.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and executes logistics of learning programs and events, including onboarding and cohort programs.
• Schedules sessions and coordinates with participants and faculty.
• Prepares event schedules and agendas and drafts communications.
• Tracks attendance and collects feedback details.
• Serves as session host and handles room logistics for presenters.
• Uploads content to the LMS and provides LMS support.
• Manages on-site event logistics (lodging, meals, invoicing, AV).
• Responds to Learning & Development inquiries and routes as needed.
• Maintains rosters for training programs, enrollment, attendance, and completion rates.
