Job summary

Cornerstone Research is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Coordinator to coordinate learning program logistics, onboarding, and cohort trainings in a hybrid Chicago environment. You’ll manage attendance, updates to SharePoint, and LMS content while supporting Talent systems and reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data accuracy, and process improvement, with opportunities to contribute to firm-wide learning initiatives and analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in learning and development or similar.
• Experience with a learning management system or performance management system is desired.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent combined with experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for learning programs and onboarding, including cohort trainings.
• Schedule sessions and coordinate with participants and faculty.
• Prepare event schedules and agendas and draft communications.
• Collect attendance and feedback details for programs.
• Upload content to the LMS and manage LMS-related tasks.
• Provide on-site event support including AV, lodging, and meals.
• Maintain rosters and ensure data accuracy for training programs.
• Administer LMS and performance systems; generate reports to inform initiatives.
• Process vendor invoices related to learning programs and expenses.
