Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in adult learning technology or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of LMS management experience.
  • Experience with Cornerstone is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee routine operation, use, and configuration of the LMS.
  • Upload and test new learning content; edit existing content as needed.
  • Generate and analyze reports; provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Coordinate with HRIS and Ed/Development teams on LMS maintenance and usage.
