Cornerstone Research seeks a Senior Learning & Development Coordinator to coordinate logistics for learning programs, onboarding, and cohort initiatives across our national teams. You will manage scheduling, agendas, communications, attendance tracking, and LMS administration while supporting talent initiatives with data insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with a learning management system or performance management system is desired.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills, with the ability to multitask and produce a high‑quality work product under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proactive contributor, eager to learn, organized and process driven.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Strong team player.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and initiative, strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to analyze and anticipate potential conflicts and resolve quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and executes the logistics of learning programs and events including onboarding and cohort programs.
• Schedules sessions and coordinates with participants and faculty.
• Prepares event schedules and agendas.
• Drafts and sends communications regarding programs.
• Collects participant attendance and feedback details.
• Serves as session host and manages room logistics for presenters.
• Uploads content to the LMS.
• Provides logistical support for on-site events (lodging, meals, invoicing, AV).
• Responds to inquiries through #LearningandDevelopment and routes as needed.
• Maintains rosters for training programs and tracks enrollment, attendance and completion rates.
• Administers performance management and 360 assessment systems and analyzes data for Talent initiatives.
• Serves as primary LMS administrator including user and course management and training.
• Processes vendor invoices and tracks expenses for learning programs.
• Distributes information about upcoming programs to participants and stakeholders.
• Designs data sets to evaluate training effectiveness from feedback and metrics.
