Cornerstone Research US seeks a Senior Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Learning and Development team in San Francisco. You will coordinate logistics for training programs, orient new consultants, and manage communications and attendance data.
Responsibilities include LMS administration, performance management, and 360 assessments, plus on‑site support, reporting, and budget tracking. The role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and initiative.
The Senior Learning & Development Coordinator provides coordination support to the Learning and Development team. Responsibilities include scheduling logistics for events, maintaining agendas, tracking attendance and feedback, handling administrative support for Talent systems (LMS, Performance Management, and 360 Assessments), updating SharePoint intranet sites, generating reports and analysis, and assisting with learning initiatives throughout the year.
Base Salary Range (2026):
Boston: $59,600 - $75,600
Chicago: $56,800 - $72,100
Los Angeles: $59,800 - $75,800
New York: $60,800 - $77,200
San Francisco: $65,200 - $82,800
Silicon Valley: $66,500 - $84,400
Washington, DC: $58,400 - $74,100
Individual base compensation will be tailored to your primary work location and the depth of experience you bring. An annual discretionary performance bonus target of 5% is available.
