Job summary

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) North America Learning & Development team is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to support training programs, own business reporting, and drive continuous improvement across the NA L&D network.

The role requires detail-oriented, proactive problem solving, and the ability to work with minimal direction while collaborating with analytics and field teams to identify gaps and automate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage business reporting for NA L&D team across review forums.
• Partner with change management to identify training schedules and report completion.
• Work with stakeholders to measure success and standardize reporting for programs.
• Identify opportunities for reporting automation with the business analytics team.
• Track tasks and timelines for ongoing projects and identify capacity gaps.
• Communicate status, risks, and recovery plans regularly.
• Lead small process improvement projects.
