Amazon Logistics (AMZL) North America Learning & Development team seeks a highly motivated program manager to support onboarding trainings, own business reporting, and drive continuous improvement. AMZL North America Learning & Development(L&D) team provides onboarding trainings and continuous education to all the non-exempt and exempt team members hired across the North America network of AMZL. L&D program management team is looking for a highly motivated program manager to support existing and new training programs, own all the business reporting, and drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, detail-oriented, good with people, and comfortable working with team members in the field. This position requires the ability to work with minimal direction, the capacity to work quickly and be flexible while delivering high-quality results. Having an eye for process improvement is critical as we evolve our processes.
The Program Manager will need to learn quickly about process and support other internal team members for daily tasks. S/he should be proactive in addressing issues, be able to identify any gaps in tools and process and suggest enhancements. In addition, s/he should be agile to implement any changes to the protocol in response to different needs and workflows, and be able to communicate clearly with internal and external team members and stakeholders, and identify opportunities for business reporting automation in partnership with the business analytics team.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
