Job summary

Amazon's Global Transportation Services organization is seeking a Learning & Development Program Manager to design and implement high-impact learning programs for corporate teams across Amazon Operations. You will partner with business leaders and SMEs, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to deliver scalable content that aligns to business goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 2+ years of designing, developing, and delivering eLearning content experience.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools including Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging training materials including e-learning courses, instructor-led materials, job aids, and multimedia content.
• Experience in a major corporate training environment.
• Experience delivering training to individuals and groups.
• Experience implementing full training life cycle to improve organizational training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create learning content.
• Design and develop multimedia content using authoring tools like Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and job aids to support learning objectives.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to course development.
• Ensure consistency in learning design across programs and platforms.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments.
• Stay current with industry trends and learning technologies.
• Maintain course content and curriculum documentation.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of learning programs.
