Job summary

Strada is seeking a Senior Manager of Learning & Development in Tallahassee, FL onsite. You will design and lead scalable training programs across onboarding, systems training, compliance, and professional development to accelerate readiness and performance.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, partnering with business leaders to deliver measurable improvements and a superior employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience leading enterprise onboarding or operational training.
• Experience building learning programs in large organizations.
• Experience managing training teams and coaching professionals.
• Strong instructional design with adult learning principles and blended learning.
• Experience with LMS and eLearning tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Lead design and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning programs.
• Oversee onboarding programs for new employees with consistent learning experiences.
• Build training curricula, facilitator guides, and knowledge resources.
• Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted solutions.
• Manage and coach a team of training professionals and foster continuous learning.
• Establish learning metrics and evaluate program effectiveness.
