Strada is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Development for an onsite role in Tallahassee, FL. You will design and lead scalable training programs across onboarding, systems training, and ongoing development to improve performance and consistency.

You’ll partner with business leaders, coach a team of training professionals, implement LMS strategies, and measure impact through performance data. A strategic yet hands-on leader who drives change is ideal.

This role is responsible for developing learning strategies that accelerate employee readiness, improve operational performance, and create consistent experiences across onboarding, systems training, compliance, and ongoing professional development. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on.
