Job summary

Tampa Family Health Centers is hiring a Learning & Development Specialist to design, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate onboarding, professional development, and workforce readiness learning experiences. You will craft instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced materials using ADDIE and adult learning principles, creating resources such as slides, facilitator guides, eLearning modules, and job aids.

Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, you will manage content projects,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Adult Education, or a related field required.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, instructional design, or a closely related field.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led or virtual training and independently developing original training programs, curricula, and materials within established organizational standards.
• Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles, curriculum development, instructional design, and learning evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate employee learning experiences for onboarding, professional development, and workforce readiness.
• Create instructional materials: presentations, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, eLearning modules, and videos.
• Administer and maintain the learning management system; track completion and effectiveness.
• Develop measurable learning objectives, knowledge checks, skills assessments, and competency checklists.
• Analyze learning data and prepare charts, pivot tables, dashboards for leadership review.
