Job summary

Strada is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Development to shape and lead learning programs for a large, fast-paced operation in Tallahassee. You will partner with leaders to identify needs, design scalable solutions, and drive measurable improvements across onboarding, systems training, compliance, and ongoing professional development.

You will lead a team of training professionals, establish metrics, and ensure content stays current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Training, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience leading enterprise onboarding, operational training, or customer service learning programs.
• Demonstrated success building or transforming learning programs in a large, complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports business objectives.
• Lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning programs.
• Oversee enterprise onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring consistent and effective learning experiences.
• Build and maintain training curricula, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, SOPs, and knowledge resources.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions that improve employee performance.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of training professionals while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Establish learning metrics and evaluate program effectiveness using employee performance, quality, productivity, and participant feedback.
• Lead training initiatives supporting new systems, business processes, and organizational change.
• Manage learning management systems (LMS) and ensure learning content remains current and accessible.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Human Resources, and other business partners to ensure training aligns with operational goals and compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating learning outcomes and implementing enhancements based on business needs.
