Job summary

Strada is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Development for an onsite role in Tallahassee, FL. You will design and lead scalable training programs across onboarding, systems training, and ongoing development to improve performance and consistency.

You’ll partner with business leaders, coach a team of training professionals, implement LMS strategies, and measure impact through performance data. A strategic yet hands-on leader who drives change is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience leading onboarding, operational training, or customer service learning programs.
• Strong instructional design and blended learning experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead design, development, and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning programs.
• Oversee onboarding programs and training curricula for consistency across the organization.
• Manage LMS and ensure content is current and accessible.
• Measure learning impact using performance and quality metrics.
