Job summary

CDK Global, a leading cloud-based SaaS provider for dealerships, seeks a Manager of Learning and Talent Development to lead global programs, partner with leadership, and drive culture and capability development. You will manage learning initiatives, budgets, and partnerships with vendors to deliver scalable solutions across the organization.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and the ability to operate in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in learning & talent development, talent management, organizational design and effectiveness and/or HR business partnering.
• Experience with digital learning content providers (LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, Skillsoft).
• Competent with Workday Learning Administration and related modules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for leadership and stakeholders.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and HR acumen.
• Experience with organizational and cultural change management initiatives.
• Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization and influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Consult, design, develop and execute leadership development offerings for CDK Leaders with global alignment.
• Develop and support employee development through various tools, assessments, and coaching.
• Partner with the Talent organization to integrate talent strategies into L&TD offerings.
• Own learning programs from strategy through implementation and measurement.
• Evaluate requests and advise on solutions, prioritization and investment.
• Collaborate with HR Leadership and Line Managers to address department needs and strategic initiatives.
• Manage external suppliers to ensure quality and cost standards.
• Ensure systems and processes support learning, tracking adoption and governance of learning tech.
• Develop analyses and materials for HR Leadership and Board discussions.
• Embrace data insights to measure adoption and impact of learning programs.
