Job summary

Saia is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design and deliver enterprise programs that build leadership capability and employee performance. You will manage end-to-end programs from needs assessment to evaluation, partnering with business leaders, HR, and external providers to define outcomes and implement effective learning solutions.

• Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles to develop learning solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers enterprise learning programs to support employee and leadership development.
• Manages assigned programs from needs assessment through design, facilitation, evaluation and improvement.
• Partners with leaders, HR, SMEs and external providers to assess performance and define outcomes.
• Designs curricula, facilitator guides, participant materials, practice activities, job aids and resources.
• Facilitates virtual and in-person learning for new hires, employees and leaders; adapts delivery to needs.
• Coordinates communications, facilitators, vendors, logistics for multiple programs and cohorts.
• Maintains Workday Learning records: setup, enrollments, completions, closeout; tracks success measures.
