Qualifications

• 7+ years in Learning & Development or a related field.
• Experience owning learning programs end‑to‑end with coordination and follow‑up.
• Experience designing and facilitating practical learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Experience creating learning content: eLearning, job aids, presentations, facilitator guides.
• Strong working knowledge of Articulate 360 or similar tools.
• Experience managing a Learning Management System; Workday Learning preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design practices.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate unfamiliar situations and move work forward.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver core learning programs for individual contributors through senior leaders.
• Build training materials using Articulate 360; align with Hunt Electric brand standards.
• Keep Workday Learning running through course setup, paths, catalog, and reporting.
• Evaluate training requests and propose practical solutions (job aids, short courses, modules).
• Lead assigned projects and cross‑functional learning initiatives from planning to delivery.
• Measure program effectiveness and show the value of L&D work.
• Stay current with learning tools and practices to improve learner experiences.
