Job summary

Duke Energy is hiring a Manager, Learning Experience and Operations to lead the operational strategy, planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning programs. You will oversee learning operations, measurement, vendor performance, and program delivery, ensuring scalable, high-quality learning experiences and actionable business insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong operational planning, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of learning platforms, reporting tools, evaluation practices, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning across the learning and talent development portfolio.
• Establish delivery standards, operating rhythms, timelines, roles, and service expectations.
• Oversee portfolio capacity, priorities, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.
• Lead exploration of emerging learning technologies, AI-enabled capabilities, and process innovations.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience for participants, managers, and facilitators.
• Support the transition of new programs from design or pilot stages into sustainable delivery.
• Provide direction and performance management for the Coordinator and Consultant.
• Define team roles and operating expectations for cross-functional coordination.
• Oversee governance for data quality, reporting, and controls.
• Partner with HR technology, IT, procurement, finance, and vendors to resolve issues.
