Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in knowledge/content management.
• Experience in knowledge governance, lifecycle management, version control, and reviews.
• Experience supporting federal government programs or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge base in SharePoint.
• Create templates and workflows for documentation processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training, Quality and other stakeholders to improve knowledge resources.
• Design governance structures and ownership for knowledge assets.
• Develop training material for knowledge management processes.
