Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Sr. Knowledge Analyst to translate policies into clear knowledge resources for FEHB/PSHB enrollees. You will build and govern knowledge content, leverage SharePoint, and collaborate with Operations, Training, and Quality to close gaps and improve customer support while protecting PII/PHI.

You will shape templates, workflows, and governance to ensure accurate, current documentation across programs and partners, with a fully remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
• Solves complex problems with initiative and judgment.
• Experience in knowledge management or content management in a contact center.
• Experience with governance, version control, and content reviews.
• Familiar with FEHB/PSHB or related health benefits programs.
• Knowledge of handling PII/PHI securely.
• Experience partnering with Operations, Training, Quality, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge base in SharePoint.
• Create and enforce document management processes.
• Identify gaps and keep content accurate and current.
• Work cross-functionally for accurate documentation.
• Design templates and ownership structures for knowledge content.
• Support Implementation Team to evolve the Knowledge Base.
• Develop writing standards and training material.
• Improve search by refining taxonomy and labels.
