Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Sr. Knowledge Analyst to develop, maintain, and govern knowledge resources for FEHB/PSHB enrollees. Translate policies into clear articles, procedures, scripts, and training materials while ensuring content remains current and compliant.

You will collaborate with Operations, Training, Quality, and other stakeholders to close knowledge gaps, protect PII/PHI, and support content governance and change management across the program.

Qualifications

• Experience in knowledge management, content management, or similar roles within a contact center or customer service environment.
• Knowledge governance practices including lifecycle management, version control, approval workflows, and content reviews.
• Ability to identify knowledge gaps and use feedback to improve resources.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge base in SharePoint.
• Create and manage document workflows and templates.
• Assess knowledge base needs and gaps; update content for accuracy and currency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training, Quality and other stakeholders to improve resources.
