Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Sr. Knowledge Analyst to translate policies into user-friendly knowledge articles for FEHB/PSHB enrollees. You will ensure content stays current and governance-compliant, supporting change management and version control.

Work collaboratively with Operations, Training, Quality and other stakeholders to close knowledge gaps and improve accuracy while protecting PII/PHI within a federally regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in knowledge management or related role.
• Experience with knowledge governance, content lifecycle, and approvals.
• Experience in a contact center or customer service environment a plus.
• Ability to pass a federal background check and handle sensitive information.
