Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Knowledge Analyst to support the FEHB/PSHB programs by translating policies into clear knowledge articles, scripts, FAQs, and training materials. The role emphasizes maintaining current, compliant content with governance and change management.

You will build and maintain the knowledge base in SharePoint, establish templates, hierarchies, and workflows, and collaborate with Operations, Training, Quality, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate customer support while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of experience in related roles.
• Experience with knowledge governance: lifecycle management, version control, approvals.
• Experience in knowledge management within a contact center or customer service environment.
• Experience handling PII/PHI and working with regulated programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge base in SharePoint.
• Develop document management processes and workflows.
• Identify gaps and quickly resolve inaccuracies to keep content current.
