Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Sr Analyst - Knowledge Management to support FEHB/PSHB programs for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management.

The role translates policies into clear knowledge articles, procedures, scripts and job aids, while ensuring accuracy, governance and change control across content. You will build and maintain the knowledge base in SharePoint, create templates, workflows and taxonomies, and collaborate with Operations, Training and Quality to improve customer support while protecting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in knowledge management.
• Experience in knowledge management, content management, or similar roles.
• Experience with governance practices, version control, and approval workflows.
• Experience in high-regulation environments and handling PII/PHI.
• Ability to collaborate with Operations, Training, Quality and Tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge base in SharePoint.
• Develop document management processes and templates.
• Assess knowledge base needs and resolve gaps quickly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams for accuracy.
• Create hierarchy and ownership to sustain knowledge management.
• Empower stakeholders to improve the knowledge base.
• Design workflows to manage documentation processes.
• Establish standard templates for documentation.
• Support Implementation Team to evolve Knowledge Base.
• Create training materials for Knowledge management.
• Improve search results with taxonomy and labels.
• Utilize SharePoint for site management and workflows.
