Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Sr. Knowledge Analyst to develop, maintain, and govern knowledge resources for FEHB/PSHB enrollees' customer support.

You will translate policies into clear knowledge articles, scripts, and job aids while ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will collaborate with Operations, Training, Quality and other stakeholders to identify gaps, implement governance, and evolve the knowledge base in SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in knowledge management or related field.
• Experience in knowledge governance, content lifecycle, version control, and reviews.
• Experience with SharePoint or similar platforms and with federal programs preferred.
• Familiarity with handling PII/PHI and protecting sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the knowledge base in SharePoint.
• Develop document management processes and templates.
• Identify gaps and resolve inaccuracies to keep content current.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Training, and Quality to improve resources.
• Create training materials and best practices for knowledge management.
• Improve searchability by refining taxonomy and labels.
