Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Sr. Knowledge Analyst to develop, maintain, and govern knowledge resources for FEHB/PSHB programs.

You translate OPM-approved policies into clear knowledge articles, scripts, and job aids, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting governance and change management. Working with Operations, Training, Quality and stakeholders, you will optimize content, protect PII/PHI, and lead SharePoint-based knowledge base improvements, workflows, and templates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in knowledge or content management in a contact center or customer service.
• Experience with governance, version control, and change management.
• Experience supporting federal programs or highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of FEHB/PSHB or health benefits programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge base in SharePoint.
• Create templates and document management processes.
• Identify knowledge gaps and update content for accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams for efficient documentation.
• Design workflows and ownership structures for knowledge management.
• Support governance and training materials for knowledge management.
