Maximus is seeking a Sr. Knowledge Analyst to translate OPM policies into clear, compliant knowledge resources for FEHB/PSHB support. You will craft articles, procedures, scripts, job aids and FAQs, ensuring content stays current and governed with version control.

You will collaborate with Operations, Training, Quality and stakeholders to identify gaps, protect PII/PHI, and support change management while evolving our knowledge base in a federally regulated environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
• Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems.
• Work requires considerable judgment and initiative.
• Experience in knowledge management, content management, or a similar role within a contact center or customer service environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain knowledge base in SharePoint.
• Build document management processes and procedures.
• Assess knowledge base needs, inaccuracies, gaps; resolve and update content.
• Collaborate with internal teams for accuracy in documentation content.
• Create hierarchy and ownership structure to sustain knowledge management.
• Empower stakeholder contributions to improve the knowledge base.
• Design and implement workflows to manage documentation processes.
• Establish standard templates for all documentation.
• Collaborate with the Implementation Team to evolve the Knowledge Base.
• Create, promote and apply best practices for writing and content in Microsoft style.
• Create training material to support knowledge management.
• Improve search results by refining taxonomy and subject terms.
• Utilize SharePoint knowledge for site management and document workflow.
