Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Sr. Knowledge Analyst to develop, maintain, and govern knowledge resources supporting FEHB/PSHB programs.

You will translate policies into clear knowledge articles, scripts, and training materials, ensuring content stays current and compliant. This fully remote role requires collaboration with Operations, Training, Quality, and other stakeholders to close knowledge gaps and improve support accuracy while protecting sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of experience in knowledge/content management or a similar role.
• Experience with governance practices, lifecycle management, version control, and content reviews.
• Experience with federal government programs or regulated environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with PII/PHI handling requirements and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge base in SharePoint.
• Develop document management processes and procedures.
• Identify gaps and ensure content remains current and accurate.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training and Quality teams for efficient documentation.
• Create templates and workflows for documentation across teams.
• Support policy implementation changes with stakeholders.
