Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Sr. Knowledge Analyst to translate FEHB/PSHB program requirements into clear knowledge resources for CSRs supporting Federal Employees Health Benefits. You will own governance, version control, and content that remains current and compliant.

You will build and maintain a SharePoint knowledge base, develop templates, workflows, and training materials, and work across Operations, Training, Quality, and Implementation to close knowledge gaps.

Qualifications

• Experience in knowledge management and content governance.
• Experience with SharePoint or similar CMS.
• Ability to translate policies into user-friendly content.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge base in SharePoint.
• Develop templates, workflows, and standard content.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training, Quality and Implementation.
• Ensure content accuracy, governance, and version control.
• Create training material to support knowledge management.
