Job summary

Cohen Seglias in Philadelphia, PA seeks a Senior Knowledge Management Analyst to build and lead the firm’s KM program. Reporting to the COO, you will shape strategy and execute day-to-day KM and AI initiatives with lawyers, practice groups and IT.

You will implement iManage KM tooling, establish standards and governance, develop training materials, and create scalable processes to capture and reuse knowledge across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; law degree or paralegal certification is a plus.
• 4-7 years of KM, legal ops, practice support or similar roles (law firm preferred).
• In-depth understanding of legal practices, law firm workflows and document management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with document management applications (iManage a plus).
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Define KM strategy and road-map with leadership and drive KM and AI adoption.
• Meet with lawyers to understand pain points and improve KM processes.
• Establish standards, processes and best practices for KM.
• Support adoption of KM and AI initiatives firm-wide.
• Implement and manage iManage KM tooling and governance.
• Develop protocols for saving and tagging documents with metadata.
• Create training curricula and deliver KM/AI training.
