Job summary

Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP seeks a Knowledge Management Analyst to support the Knowledge Management Manager in implementing and maintaining solutions for our transactional practice areas. The role collaborates with attorneys, Professional Development, the Library & Research Services team, and Information Technology.

The candidate will consult with transactional attorneys, identify AI use cases, assist with integrating AI into processes, and help train staff on new tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a law firm setting, preferably in knowledge management.
• Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of generative AI developments affecting transactional practice.

Responsibilities

• Consult with transactional attorneys to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
• Partner with practitioners to identify AI use cases.
• Assist with integrating AI into established processes for continuous improvement.
• Conduct small group training and information gathering sessions on processes and software.
• Support strategic iManage implementation at the Firm.
• Identify and execute special projects within Firm-approved platforms.
• Participate in onboarding with attorneys and business professionals on tools and procedures.
• Support internal forms creation and experience management initiatives.
• Assist with intranet content management for legal departments and practice groups.
