Job summary
Fenwick & West seeks a Knowledge Management & Innovation KMI Manager to drive firmwide AI adoption. You will translate legal workflows into scalable AI solutions, deepen AI platform expertise, and shape governance and risk practices.

Qualifications
- Experience translating real legal workflows into AI-enabled solutions
- Strong understanding of how attorneys work with technology
- Proven ability to implement firmwide AI solutions
- Ability to design governance for AI tools and risk awareness
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Solid project management across multiple initiatives
- Sound legal judgment on AI risks and benefits
- Experience with AI governance is a plus
