Accenture is seeking a Senior Ontologist and Knowledge Architecture Lead to own semantic modeling strategy, governance, and the technical direction of a cross‑functional team. You will drive ontology lifecycle, architecture, and tooling choices across business, data engineering, and AI/ML disciplines.

The role combines hands‑on ontology engineering with strong leadership, strategy, and governance, supported by a hybrid work model and significant travel to client locations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in ontology engineering or knowledge modeling.
• Experience delivering production-grade ontologies in enterprise settings.
• Strong stakeholder and Agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ontology lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Define enterprise ontology architecture and governance standards.
• Collaborate with data engineering and AI/ML teams on integration.
• Lead cross-functional workshops with business stakeholders.
