Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Ontologist and Knowledge Architecture Lead to own the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise knowledge graph initiatives. You will guide semantic modeling strategy and the technical direction of a cross-functional team spanning business stakeholders, data engineering, and AI/ML disciplines.

You will drive ontology design, governance standards, and integration with AI/ML pipelines while ensuring alignment with business goals and data governance policies

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years hands-on ontology engineering, knowledge modeling, or related semantic web discipline.
• Lead production-grade domain ontologies in enterprise/consulting environments, Agile delivery.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s (or PhD) in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own ontology lifecycle: requirements, modeling, validation, deployment, stewardship.
• Define enterprise ontology architecture and URI/versioning strategy.
• Lead alignment of domain and enterprise semantic assets; govern tooling and platforms.
