Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC in Arlington, VA seeks a Knowledge Management Analyst to anchor the KM program, executing maturity assessments, metrics development, knowledge capture, and governance to foster a self-sustaining knowledge culture across the National Guard Enterprise.

Responsibilities include leading KM maturity reviews (≈45/year), building dashboards and the Metric Dictionary, facilitating Communities of Practice, delivering KM training, and supporting KM governance bodies;

Qualifications

• APQC Certified Knowledge Manager and at least five years of enterprise KM experience.
• Five (5)+ years applying enterprise KM principles, including knowledge lifecycle and governance.
• Experience supporting KM governance structures, KM maturity assessments, and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Anchors KM program maturity assessments and accuracy reviews.
• Develops KM metrics, dashboards, and the Metric Dictionary.
• Facilitates knowledge capture via interviews, AARs, and lessons learned.
• Supports KM governance bodies and change management activities.
• Delivers KM training and courses (KMRCs) using LMS platforms.
