The role requires a SECRET clearance, CKM certification, PMP, and 8+ years of KM experience, with hands-on work on SharePoint Online and KM lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• CKM or equivalent certification and 8+ years in enterprise KM.
• PMP certification and 5+ years leading KM programs.
• Experience with governance, training, and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall contract performance as Contract Manager with authority on daily matters.
• Execute KM program management per CNGBI 5002.01 and NGB KM methods.
• Develop, coordinate, and publish KM Manual, Campaign Plan, and Strategic Communications Plan.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting (MSR, QSR, ASR) and ensure KM quality.
• Support KM governance meetings with agendas, minutes, action logs, and briefings.
• Deliver leadership-facing decision-support and the Consolidated Issues List.
