• Direct overall contract performance as Contract Manager.
• Lead KM program management per CNGBI 5002.01 and NGB KM methods.
• Develop and publish KM guidance documents (KM Manual, Campaign Plan, Strategic Communications Plan).
• Produce monthly/quarterly/annual reporting suite (MSR, QSR, ASR).
• Support KM governance meetings with agendas, minutes, logs, briefings.
• Deliver decision-support and situational-awareness products for leadership.
