Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) is seeking a Sr. Key Account Manager to remotely manage key accounts and drive value across CAS solutions for large customers.

You will foster cross-functional relationships, upsell opportunities, and ensure client success while coordinating with global teams to deliver a unified, high-impact client experience. Ideal candidates bring 6-8+ years of global sales, biotech market experience, strong CRM proficiency, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science field or equivalent.
• 6-8+ years of sales experience in a global capacity across multiple theaters and cultures.
• Selling experience in biotech/life science markets preferred.
• 5+ years' experience with CRM software.
• Ability to network and establish important relationships with key personas and senior management.
• Proven ability to increase bookings and annual contract value in portfolio of key accounts.
• Experience with science related solutions and/or information/IP is a plus.
• Travel is required - 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned Key Accounts and client satisfaction.
• Develop relationships to drive ACV across CAS solutions.
• Identify opportunities and align with client strategy.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM and forecast.
• Collaborate with CAS teams to present a unified client face.
• Build relationships with senior buyers and user groups.
• Monitor dashboards and address risks to optimize usage.
