Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) seeks an Assistant Director, Strategic Accounts - Americas to lead CAS’s regional Strategic Accounts team across the Americas. This exempt leadership role drives account strategy, monthly forecasting, and executive engagement with top enterprise customers in North America.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, science-related fields, communications, or related disciplines.
• 15+ years of progressive commercial experience across global enterprise accounts.
• Proven experience building account strategy and forecasting for global enterprise accounts.
• Proven track record influencing senior executives (C-suite/VP).
• Experience selling or supporting science-related/ information/IP solutions preferred.
• Prior people-leadership experience managing senior commercial professionals.
• Experience with CRM/forecasting tools, preferably Salesforce.com.

Aufgaben

• Lead a regional team of Strategic Account Managers and Sr. Customer Success Managers accountable for protecting and growing CAS's global enterprise accounts with a strong presence in North America.
• Build and own the region's account strategies reflecting health, growth potential, and risk.
• Set region priorities for account coverage and adapt as portfolio evolves.
• Build and own the monthly forecast for the region's global enterprise accounts.
• Track forecast accuracy and use variance analysis to refine strategy.
• Report regional account health, forecast, and risk to senior leadership.
• Engage with senior customer executives to anchor retention and growth.
• Coordinate executive engagement between CAS leadership and customer executives.
• Represent the region's accounts in internal reviews.
• Collaborate with Strategic Accounts program leadership and Custom Services.
• Partner with Custom Services to build a pipeline of opportunities and ensure delivery visibility.
