Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS), the scientific information solutions division of the American Chemical Society, seeks a Manager, Mid‑Enterprise Accounts at our Columbus headquarters. The role leads a small virtual team responsible for mid‑enterprise accounts up to $50,000 ACV and drives upsell, renewals, and quoting.

You will own the coverage model, pricing, and processes, expand the team into the UK and EMEA, and partner with Commercial Operations and CRM to enable high‑volume, metrics‑driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 2+ years leading a virtual or remote sales team.
• Experience managing upsell/expansion and renewals in a single book.
• CRM hygiene and pricing discipline across a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and performance‑manage a fully virtual team.
• Own the mid‑enterprise coverage and pricing for the segment.
• Design and pilot expansion into EMEA.
• Track key metrics: upsell ACV, renewals, and average selling price.
• Partner with CRM, enablement, and regional leadership.
