Job summary

Murata Electronics seeks a Senior Key Accounts Manager to maximize Murata Americas’ market share by promoting product growth and managing key accounts. The role covers developing account plans, aligning Murata strategy with customer objectives, and coordinating Early Sales Involvement projects.

Frequent domestic and infrequent international travel is expected, with a hybrid work model from Carrollton, TX or San Jose, CA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing in an electronic-related or technical industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams locally and globally.
• Advanced negotiation skills and experience with sales analytics.

Responsibilities

• Contacts and visits customers to review strategic direction and opportunities for product growth.
• Aligns Murata strategy with customers’ objectives and goals.
• Develops account business plans and builds relationships with key decision-makers.
• Initiates Early Sales Involvement (ESI) projects and coordinates promotions.
• Negotiates price contracts and manages customer contracts implementation.
