Qualifications

• B.S. in Science or Engineering (preferred).
• Industry experience in pulp & paper or water treatment is preferred.
• Documented results making process improvements and solving technical problems.
• Project management experience.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Ability to work with autonomy and apply new concepts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with sales management and stakeholders.
• Complete weekly reporting and manage inventory visibility.
• Perform on-site testing to verify safety and effectiveness of treatments.
• Address customer issues and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze data to evaluate program performance and drive improvements.
• Lead ongoing process improvements with plant/process owners.
