MT Talent Solutions Inc. is seeking a results-focused Key Account Manager for the U.S. & Latin America. This remote role covers the Americas with travel about 50% to build and maintain strategic relationships with distributors, dealers, and partners.

The position offers a base salary of $90,000–$105,000 USD plus an uncapped commission, plus comprehensive benefits and company-paid travel expenses, with strong autonomy to grow markets and shape growth strategy in the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales, key account management or business development experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in flooring, building materials, or related industries preferred.
• Proven track record growing revenue and managing distributors or partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share in the U.S. and Latin America.
• Manage and expand relationships with distributors, dealers, importers, and strategic partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the territory.
