Job summary

Henkel Argentina S.A. is seeking a Key Account Manager for Packaging & Labeling in the Adhesive Technologies Sales group. The role covers multiple U.S. locations and will drive annual sales and profit targets, plus strategic account planning and optimization.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in industrial/technical sales or key account management, with strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%, including international trips to Canada.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years’ experience in industrial/technical sales or key account management.
• Ability to set and meet specific, measurable goals and objectives.
• Knowledge of products, applications, manufacturing and equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual sales and profit objectives.
• Develop a strategic plan aligned with APC SBU objectives.
• Communicate plans to regional teams and ensure execution.
• Highlight value to corporate level and manage RFx processes.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers.
• Coach field sales and TCS personnel.
• Lead new technology introductions at strategic level.
