Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is seeking a Key Account Manager for Hepatology/Gastroenterology in the United States. You will engage IDNs and large GI groups, drive formulary inclusion, and coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize access and product launches.

The role requires deep knowledge of the US reimbursement landscape, strong executive communication, and the ability to travel up to 75%. Compensation includes a base salary range and potential incentives.

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience, including at least 3 years in key account management or market access.
Experience launching a product in a specialty hepatology/gastroenterology setting preferred.

Mansioni

Own and cultivate executive-level relationships within priority IDNs and large GI groups.
Develop and execute account-specific plans to drive formulary inclusion and product utilization.
Identify opportunities within health systems to maximize uptake pre- and post-launch.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Sales, Payor & Market Access, Marketing and Medical Affairs.
