Qualifications

• College Degree or equivalent experience in key account responsibility preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in consumer goods area.
• Proven ability to communicate both verbally and written. Good presentation development and delivery skills are mandatory.
• Good analytical skills.
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive business plan for Region Accounts to grow operating profits and revenues year to year.
• Lead performance coaching and development plans for Account Reps.
• Evaluate Account Reps and recommend for rewards; monitor performance objectives and role standards.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to hire Account Managers when needed.
• Develop, lead, and actualize a strategic business plan for the assigned customer group.
• Utilize syndicated data to set region goals and objectives and align budgets.
• Manage local trade and promotional budgets and assess business results for strategic changes.
• Build value-added customer strategies to increase earnings in the OTP category.
