Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive business plan for Region Accounts to grow operating profits and revenues.
• Reinforce performance appraisal through coaching and develop Account Reps for advancement.
• Evaluate and hire Account Managers in collaboration with HR and Region Director of Sales.
• Manage and allocate local trade and promotional budgets per region guidelines.
• Assess business results and implement strategic changes when needed.
