Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in key account responsibility preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in consumer goods area.
• Proven ability to communicate both verbally and written; strong presentation skills.
• Good analytical skills and proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive business plan for Region Accounts to grow profits and revenue year over year.
• Provide development plans and coaching for Account Reps to enable advancement.
• Evaluate Account Reps and recommend rewards; monitor performance objectives.
• Participate in hiring Account Managers with HR and leadership collaboration.
• Develop and actualize strategic business plans; utilize data to set region goals.
